A lot of effort has gone into the quality of the property and equipment - here are some highlights:
GROUND FLOOR
- Open plan living/kitchen area with underfloor heating and wood burning stove.
- 32" LCD TV with Sky Plus and DVD player
- Selection of DVDs, games, books and local maps.
- Denon CD player with MP3/iPod connection (Radio available on Sky TV channels).
- Free broadband - wireless or via ethernet cable (provided).
- Telephone with answer machine for incoming calls only (Mobile reception is not generally available in the cottage).
- Kitchen has ceramic hob, high quality built in combination oven with microwave and grill. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine/tumble drier, fridge (small table top freezer under stairs).
- Iron and ironing board.
- Bathroom with electric shower, underfloor heating and a heated mirror.
FIRST FLOOR
- Solid wood kingsize bed.
- LCD TV with Sky + and a built in DVD player.
- Wall mounted heaters.
Included in the price: Bed linen, towels, electricity, basket of logs (extra can be purchased at cost - £12 for logs or £15 for logs plus extra kindlers).
Parking is available opposite front door (across the road).
