The Owners
Alan and Caryn Hoseason live in Inverness and decided in 2004 to buy an old property to work on as a project. There were plenty of cottages which needed a little bit of decoration which would have been the easy option but then we fell in love with Crossroads Cottage despite the rotten floors, joists and damp throughout. However, before we got started on it, we got engaged, went round the World and then got married so we let Crossroads sit empty and unused for 3 years.
We worked hard from December 2007 until June 2009 stripping the cottage back to literally only the bare walls left before getting a new roof, adding an extension, installing new windows and doors and then doing a complete internal refit including two new floors and stairs!
Now that it is available for self catering lets, we are dedicated to ensuring your stay is memorable and somewhere you would recommend to your friends and family. Perhaps you would like a bottle of champagne to treat your partner or you need help to organise activities or excursions? If you would like us to provide anything extra for you to make your arrival and/or stay the best it can be, please advise and we will do everything we can to assist you.
After you stay at our cottage, we would be delighted to hear from you. Your feedback is encouraged and will help us improve your future holiday at Crossroads Cottage!
